Google Sheets used via our platform
Google account information (name, email)

Sync inboxes
Compose/send emails
Manage Sheets-based automation
Display basic account information
Delete emails or threads on demand

We do not use this data for advertising purposes.

We do not use Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

10. Cookies Policy

If you use our platform to upload contact lists or send emails:

You are the data controller, and Reach Orbit is the data processor.
You must comply with all relevant laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
We do not access, share, or use your lists for any purpose other than providing services.
You can export, modify, or delete contact data at any time.
If an email recipient requests deletion, we will notify you and take action.
